Tour itinerary

Day 01: Night trip from Banyuwangi for a blue fire tours in Ijen crater, and to Mt Bromo stay

• Around at 00:30 am at midnight time, our staff will pick you up either from Bus station, Ferry port, Train station or your hotel in Banyuwangi area, and then we will proceed to drive for about 1 – 1.5 hours driving to reach to the parking area in Ijen Crater which is well known as post 1 Paltuding or as starting point for trekking of Ijen crater tours. Detail itinerary and time table for this tour package as mentioned below:

• 00.30 - 01.30 : The pick-up service and drive to base camp of Paltuding which is located on slope of Ijen crater. The preparing,- and start for climbing activities to reach the top of Mt Ijen

• 04.00 - 06.00 : The observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request and get permits from the Ijen crater officer, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

• 06:00 - 08.00 : Go down by passing the same route / path on the slope of Mount Ijen till reach the base camp of Paltuding which our car /vehicle is waiting us to escort you to Bromo for about 5-7 hours driving. This is depend on the traffic of situation from Ijen crater Banyuwangi to reach Bromo

• 14:00 pm : Hoping at this time or by the latest before at 16:00 pm, we’ll arrive in Bromo area for relaxation and overnight stay before you do the sunrise tours in Bromo area on next day

>>> Notes: If the weather is NOT good or you are tired or not allowed to do night climbing, you can do the standard Ijen crater tours without seeing blue fire which will be started from your accommodation or meeting point after at 2 am.

>>> New regulation for Ijen crater hiking tour: There is new regulation for the visitor who wanna do Ijen crater tour and climb the Ijen crater. He/ She mush bring the health certificate which explain the visitor is without ashtma and heart problem. This regulation is valid starts on 6 Jan' 2024 (due to there was climber died in new year eve Period caused by the heart attack).  You can obtain this certificate in where you are now or get it from the hospital or health clinic in your country, by the latest on one day before you climb the Ijen crater.

Day 02: The sunrise view and Bromo tour package, then drive back to Banyuwangi   

• Wake up in the early morning (around at 03:30 am in the dawn time) and we will use a jeep which will be ready in the front of your accommodation to start your trip to enjoy for the sunrise tours in Bromo area as mentioned detail on the time table below

• 03.00 : The preparation time and we'll use a jeep to reach the parking area of Mount Pananjakan or other points and then walking for couple minutes to reach the best place for viewing of the sunrise and you can enjoy a coffee morning while waiting for the sunrise (coffee morning is your personal expenses). Around at 05.00 am, you will enjoy the beauty of the sunrise with natural backgrounds of Bromo

• 06.00 : After you have finished for viewing the sunrise, we invite you to go and spend your time a while to Widodaren Hill or Cinta Hill to take pictures. Continue to drive to the slope of Mount Bromo and then climbing Mount Bromo with passing more than 250 stairs which will lead us to reach the peak of Bromo. Take the picture on the top of Mount Bromo, take a rest for a while and descend it again to reach the parking area as you have done it for ascend of Bromo

• 08.00 - 10.00  : Take pictures in the seas of sand & return to your accommodation for breakfast, take a shower, loading the luggage into our car and check out process from Bromo accommodation/ hotel. And then around at 10.00 am, continue our trip to reach back Banyuwangi for about 5-7 hours with possible to stop on the way for having meals

• 17.00 : Hoping at this time or at least at 18:00 pm, we will arrive in Banyuwangi area such as in Ketapang ferry port or other place in Banyuwangi as your last destination for this trip
