Tour itinerary

Day 01: Bali trip to Banyuwangi and Ijen stay

• Our staff will pick you up either at the airport or hotel in Bali and the best time to start for this trip is in the morning time, but we are ready to fetch you at least at 17 pm (please let us know either your flight number or hotel detail) and we will fetch you to start the trip to reach the ferry port Gilimanuk in the most western tip of Bali Island with a private car which is completed with air conditioned. The trip from your place in Bali to Gilimanuk ferry port will go through the small cities, plantations, rice field, beaches & rural landscapes of West Bali which will take for about 3 – 5 hours driving and it is depend on situation of the traffic
   
• Upon arrival in Gilimanuk ferry port, we will cross Bali strait with a ferry for about 1 – 1.5 hours to reach ferry port in Ketapang - Banyuwangi which is located in the most eastern tip of Java Island. After crossing Bali strait and upon your arrival in Ketapang ferry port of Banyuwangi, we will escort you directly to your accommodation or hotel in Ijen crater area. 
   
  • Optional tour program during your trip today: If you have enough time with good weather during your trip today, you will have a chance to do optional tour program with extra cost, such as;

Day 02: Ijen crater climbing with blue fire tours, then to Sukamade (B, L, D)

• 00:30 or 01.00 am: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:00 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow
   
• 02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen. Arrived on the top of Ijen, doing observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater
   
• 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route or path on the slope of Mount Ijen till reach the base camp of Paltuding or parking area. Around at 08.00 am, leaving the Ijen crater area (Paltuding post) to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for breakfast, take shower, and take your own time in hotel area, and then preparation to leave the accommodation or hotel of Ijen area
   
• 10.00-17.00: Leaving from your accommodation in Ijen carter area and drive for about 2 – 3 hours to reach Sarongan village with possibility having lunch at local restaurant which is located on road side during the trip to Sarongan village, then from this village, we will use jeep for about 1.1.5 hours to reach Sukamade beach area which is located in the Meru Betiri National Park by crossing villages, plantations, rain forest, and small rivers. Today, you will have dinner & overnight stay at guesthouse nearby of Sukamade beach and we'll walk to the beach at night to look for the turtles lay their eggs. 

• Sukamade turtle beach: Sukamade beach is about 97 km to southwest of Banyuwangi. It is located in the area of Meru Betiri National Park with natural, quiet and beautiful place. The colonializ of dutch discovered it in 1927. The 1200 hectare estate is an active plantation that produces rubber, coffee and cacao. Sukamade is the East Java Natural Resource Conservation which is in charge of the sea turtle’s perpetuation. A night adventure tours in Sukamade beach is an unforgettable trip for natural lover. You will be guided by a ranger and tour guide to find sea turtles come to a shore to lay eggs. Sometimes and if you are lucky, you can see a female turtle lays more than one hundred eggs on the white sandy beach. The female turtles usually start landing to the beach at 7:30 PM and return to the sea at 12:00PM.
   
• How can you reach Sukamade turtle beach: From Sarogan village, we will use jeep (4 WD vehicles) to reach this place & the road to Sukamade is realy worth for the people who want to get the challenge and adventure trip. It is one of the best adventure trails in East Java for exploring southern coast of Banyuwangi. Crossing the rivers, plantations, exploring the rural landscapes, passing rainforest and along the way to visit this place the visitors can stop at the beautiful place as known as Rajegwesi & the green bay (Teluk Hijau) with its beautiful cliff around. Here, also you will have a chance for swim and snorkeling tours activities. This place is virgin forest forest with white sandy beach & natural view which is located on the southern tip of Banyuwangi, East Java - Indonesia.
   
• Accommodation in Sukamade Beach: Accommodation in Sukamade Beach: Condition here is very basic, but more often for the people who visited this place will recommend to others to visit Sukamade Beach when they are in Banyuwangi and sometime, they intend to come back to get an experience exceedingly rare & unique. On this date, you will stay overnight & having dinner at the lodge or guesthouse or home stay in Sukamade Beach.

Day 03: Sukamade turtle beach tour and  Bromo stay (B)

• After breakfast in Sukamade guesthouse, then spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is virgin area & without crowded activities. Go and a dip in crystal clear waters nearby river. Afterward, we leave this area to continue our trip to reach your hotel in Bromo area for about 9-10 hours driving and during the way to Bromo, you will pass rural landscape, plantations, small cities & rice fields. Upon your arrival in Bromo area, you will stay at the Hotel in Tengger region for overnight stay before you enjoy Bromo sunrise tours in the next day (dawn time)

Day 04: The sunrise and Bromo tours - then to Malang or Surabaya (B)       

• 03.00-04.30: Take a jeep's vehicle to enjoy sunrise tours and reach the place for seeing the sunrise in Bromo area where you can choose one of the famous places to view the sunrise in Bromo area such as at Mount Pananjakan or Gunung Penanjakan, Kingkong hill or Bukit Kingkong and Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo
   
• 04.30-06.00: Take a while your time for a cup of coffee or tea, then seeing the sunrise at a place as like your choice. Afterward, driving with jeep for next destination on the slope of Mount Bromo which is as the parking lot of jeep vehicles
   
• 06.00-08.00: Crossing the seas of sand on foot or with horse riding (it is as optional for you with distance 10 minutes walking / one way) to reach the bottom area of Bromo where there are more than 250 stairs which will direct you to reach peak of Mount Bromo. Resting for awhile and take the pictures on the top of Mount Bromo with amazing view of the Bromo crater which on the bottom area is spread out the seas of sand or famous with whispering sand and it is bordered with other mountains as natural backgrounds
   
• 08.00-10.00: Going back to your hotel or accommodation in Bromo area by passing the same route as you have done for reaching the top of Mount Bromo. Arrived in your hotel, please enjoy your breakfast; take a shower and preparation for leaving Mount Bromo to reach your next destination
   
• 10.00-14.00: Leaving Bromo area to reach your next destination as the last point of this trip in Malang or Surabaya for about 3-5 hours driving and it is depend on situation of the traffic
