Detail itinerary

Day 01: Evening or night travel services from Bali to Banyuwangi, East Java

• 18.00/ 20.00: Around at 18:00 or by the latest at 20.00 pm (it's conditional), you are required to be ready at the lobby of your hotel in Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Legian or Canggu area as the starting point of this Bali travel to Ijen crater and Bromo tour package with cheap price 

• Afterward, you will take a private car with our Bali driver to do a trip from your hotel in Bali area above to Gilimanuk ferry port which locates on the westernmost tip of Bali for about 3-5 hours driving (it depends on traffic situation)

• And upon arrival in Gilimanuk ferry port, you will proceed to cross the Bali strait with a ferry which will be accompanied by our Bali colleague (without car). The ferry will cross Bali strait  to reach Ketapang ferry port in Banyuwangi (in the easternmost tip of Java Island) for 1 – 1.5 hours . Please remember that there is one hour difference time between Bali and Java time

Day 02: Night trip from Banyuwangi to a blue fire Ijen crater tour,- and then go to the Bromo stay 

• Upon your arrival in Ketapang ferry port - Banyuwangi, you will meet with our Java team and continue our trip for about 1 – 1.5 hours driving to reach parking area in the post 1 of Paltuding or this is well-known as the starting point for the Ijen crater hike tour activity,- and then you will do the Mount Ijen hiking activity as follow;

• 02.00 - 06.00: Hopely - around at 02.00 am, we will arrive at Paltuding base camp and you will be ready to do Ijen crater tour, such as; the preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen for about 2-2.5 hours. When you arrived on the top of Ijen crater, you may can do the observation of the Milky Way

• And if it is allowed by Ijen crater officer, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with the clearer viewing. Afterward, you will ascend back to the top for viewing the sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

• 06.00 - 16.00: Go down by passing the same route or path on the slope of Ijen till reach the Paltuding base camp.- And around at 09.00 am, leaving the Ijen crater area to continue your holiday travel to escort you to the homestay in Bromo for about 5-7 hours driving with possibility to stop on the way at local restaurant for meals + drinks

• Take your time to explore Bromo adventure trail in homestay area which located in the nice site.- And today, you will overnight stay in homestay of Mount Bromo area before you visit the sunrise viewpoint and doing Bromo hike tours activities in the next morning

  • Notes: If the weather is NOT good or you are tired or not allowed to do night climbing by Ijen officer, you can do the standard Ijen crater tours without seeing blue fire which will be started from your accommodation after at 2 am,- and later on.

  • Optional tour program during the trip on today: If you still have time with good weather,- today - you maybe can enjoy the optional program, such as: Jagir waterfall tour Banyuwangi, water rafting tour Banyuwangi OR Baluran National Park tour with extra cost, surely!

Day 03: Jeep ride for sunrise viewpoint and Bromo tour package with the hike activity,- then go to to Surabaya or Malang  

• 03.00-04.30: Using jeep's vehicle to enjoy sunrise tours and reach the place for seeing the sunrise in Bromo area where you can choose one of the famous places to see sunrise in Bromo, such as: Mount Pananjakan or Gunung Penanjakan, Kingkong hill or Bukit Kingkong and Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo

• 04.30-06.00: Take a while your time for a cup of coffee or tea, then seeing the sunrise at a place as like your choice and after enjoy a sunrise tour in Bromo area, we will continue to drive with our jeep for next destination on the slope of Mount Bromo which is as parking lot of jeep vehicles 

• 06.00-08.00: Crossing the seas of sand on foot or with horse riding (it is as optional for you with distance 10 minutes walking / one way) to reach the bottom area of Bromo where there are more than 250 stairs which will direct you to reach peak of Mount Bromo. Resting for awhile and take the pictures on the top of Mount Bromo with amazing view of the Bromo crater which on the bottom area is spread out the seas of sand or famous with whispering sand and it is bordered with other mountains as natural backgrounds

• 08.00-11.00: Going back to your homestay in Bromo area by passing the same route as you have done for reaching the top of Mount Bromo. Arrived in your accommodation, please enjoy your breakfast; take a shower and preparation for leaving Mount Bromo to reach Malang or Surabaya  

• 11.00-14.00: Leaving Mount Bromo to drive for about 3-4 hours (it is depend on situation of the traffic) to reach Malang or Surabaya as the last point of your trip with us and tour services finished.
