Itinerary of houseboat river cruise 3d2n

Day 01: Start from Pangkalan Bun to Kumai port and do the jungle river cruise tour with a houseboat (L, D)

• Meeting service with our team in hotel, airport or other place in Pangkalan Bun ares - and transfer you to Kumai river port as the gate to reach National Park. 

• Board onboard (a private house boat), crossing Kumai river in approximately 15 - 30 minutes to reach Seikonyer river, the min river to entrance the Tanjung Puting National Park. 

• Lunch will be served on boat by boat crew (cook). We are riding on the boat about 2 - 2,5 hours to reach the boat parking lot in National Park area. 

• Around at 16.30 - we continue our tour to observe Proboscis monkeys and other wild animals along the riverbanks. Proboscis monkeys are being the endemic animal that can be seen only in Borneo. 

• Tonight, you can choose to take meals and stay overnight on boat to get a cheapest price for your trip or at AC-lodge for more comfortable accommodation

Day 02. Jungle river cruise tour by houseboat for orangutan tour in Pondok Tanggui and Camp Leakey (B, L, D)

• After break fast, we will do jungle river cruise with a private house boat for Borneo orangutan tour at Pondok Tanggui camp station as the second rehabilitation center where we can enjoy many babies and juveniles at feeding area around 09.00 am.- Taking pictures while having the information from your experienced tour guide about the wild orangutans. 

• Afterward, We'll continue our tour to reach the highlight tourist attraction for jungle river cruise and Borneo orangutan tour in National Park which is well known as the Camp Leakey.- It will pass the black river which is full of wildlife within such as many kind of birds, primates, fish, also crocodiles.

• Arriving at Camp Leakey, we have a short jungle track/ trekking tour activities into the forest to gain information of the heterogen rain forest while observing some wild animal as well. After that, at 12.00 - trekking back to the boat for having lunch which will be served by our cook with special various local foods. 

• And, We'll continue our tour by following orangutan feeding program which is being held at 14.00, bringing milk and fruits, feeders will lead us to the state platform. We will enjoy the situation till 16.00 pm.

• Afterward, back to the boat, downstream to Tanjung Harapan parking lot.- Tonight, you can choose to take meals and stay overnight on boat to get a cheapest price for your trip or at AC-lodge for more comfortable accommodation

Day 03: Leave Tanjung Puting to Pangkalan Bun airport (B)

• After breakfast, we will transfer you to reach to the river port in Kumai by Klotok and it will need for about 2 hours, and then we will drive to Pangkalan Bun airport to catch your flight leaving for next destination OR other places in area of Pangkalan Bun as finish point for about 30 minutes. TOUR SERVICES FINISHED
